INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

POLBUD CONSTRUCTION S.L., with VAT number B75361535, registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona under number 486929, section 8, sheet B 623937, with its registered office at Plaça Sant Pere 3, 2º 17230 Palamós (Girona), España, and contact email biuro@polbud.net, (hereinafter, POLBUD or the Controller), is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

POLBUD processes personal data collected through:

  1. a) the contact form available on the website https://www.polbud.net (hereinafter, the Website);
    b) any other form of contact, including electronic means.

Legal basis, purpose and duration of processing:

  1. a) Data is processed based on the data subject’s consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for the purpose of responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form. Data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or the purpose has been fulfilled.
  2. b) In cases of contact outside the form, data will be processed under the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), as long as the interest exists or until the right to object is exercised.
  3. c) If the processing is related to the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), data will be retained for the duration of the contract and for the legally required period for responsibilities. If no contract is concluded, data will be deleted immediately.

Recipients:

Authorized employees/collaborators of POLBUD, service providers (IT, courier, etc.), subcontractors, and competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Voluntary nature:

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the intended purpose.

Rights of the data subject:

  1. a) Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability (Arts. 15–20 GDPR).
    b) Right to object to processing for reasons related to the data subject’s particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
    c) Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Data subjects may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
